Developer says it is aiming to deliver the new project in 2021
Developer Vincitore Realty has launched what is billed as Dubai’s first wellness and affordable real estate project in Arjan. The $102 million Vincitore Benessere will feature 380 residences ranging from studio to three-bedroom units and includes 38,000 sqft of retail space. The developer says the latter will serve the community in and around the project.
The project is said to more than double the developer’s real estate portfolio, which includes the Vincitore Palacio and Vincitore Boulevard.
According to a statement, ‘Benessere’ in Italian means well-being in terms of health, comfort, and happiness – the developer says it is keeping wellness at the center of the conception, design, creation, and development of the homes.
“Real estate is not limited to four walls and a roof. It means a lot more as most buyers put their life savings into a property that they want to live in and call it a ‘home’. We are mindful of that and we are putting all our efforts to make the homes worth living in, breathing in and make them enjoyable and happy experience every day,” said Vijay Doshi, chairman of Vincitore Realty.
Doshi points out that the project has been developed in line with the Happiness Vision of the UAE Government, which focuses on the well-being of the country’s citizens and residents.
He adds, “Apartments within Vincitore Benessere come with a number of features that promotes healthy living and wellness – in terms of refreshing air circulation and the air quality that helps residents breathe in the fresh air and promotes longevity of its residents”.
According to a statement, the construction will be self-financed, which the developer says will ensure that the delivery of the project will not be affected due to the pace of sales and marketing activities.
Veer Doshi, executive director at Vincitore Realty comments: “This is our third such project, built upon the success of our maiden project – Vincitore Palacio – that we delivered in 2017. Our second project, Vincitore Boulevard – is planned for delivery this year and now, Vincitore Benessere will be a class apart and will add value to the overall real estate offerings in Dubai.”
